no more 5% government tax

please be aware that there is no more 5% government tax if for all restaurant in Malaysia. if u had so, please report it.

i forgot where i read this, but it is true.

    looks like u didnt read the whole article. restaurants that has a turnover or annual sales of less than RM3.0 million need not collect the 5% govt tax. but if the restaurants operate in a hotel building, they are supposed to collect the 5% govt tax.

    now, how do we know that restaurant has a turnover of more than RM3.0 million?

    how are we to know if the restaurants continued to collect but didnt remit to the govt?

    all this are 101% opened for abuse
